If the room is empty prior to your booking feel free to enter up to 10 minutes early to prepare.

Please be sure to finish your meeting prior to the end of your booking period to allow for the next booking to enter on time.

Our team will check on the room occasionally but we ask that upon exit you place any rubbish in the bin provided and return the furniture to the configuration you found it. Any additional chairs should be re-stacked.
